Are you ready for the Dog Derby on Feb 14 - 16, 2019? We are ready to taste some awesome soups from our local cooks at the Soup Challenge on Friday night. Watch for more info soon. If you are interested in entering a soup, you can sign up soon at Stronks & Sons Do It Best Homecenter. Each cook will
• Pay $5 entry fee and have an Ashton area business sponsor. The sponsor is not required to fund anything.
• Prepare the soup at home and bring in an electric appliance to keep warm.
• Prepare 12 quarts of soup so that everyone has the same amount to serve.
• Make a sign to identify the soup, the cook's name, and the business sponsor name. The sign should be no larger than a standard poster board.
• Not accept any money from the tasters.
• Serve 1 ladle (provided by Chamber) to each taster.
• Assist with set up and cleanup of their table.
