Innovation and technique is balanced with love and cognizance of the Chef duties/roles. Creating organic diet restricted fine foods is my niche (gluten, dairy, casin, sugar free, vegetarian, raw, vegan, omnivore, etc). The repertoire I offer is vast and pliab

le- from clean classic French and fresh Japanese to fiery fine Thai to daily maintenance standards. The main ingredients I use speak directly of my style: organic olive oil, gluten free flours, minimally processed organic fine natural meats and vegetables.

Jenn Smoothie (makes 3 quarts)

In Vitamix or Blendtek high horsepower blender, place:

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
1.5 cup fresh or frozen berry
1 apple chopped
1/2 thumb fresh ginger thin sliced
1/4 cup raw h**p seeds
2 cup raw kale chopped or spinach
2 Tbs or 1 squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbs Udo’s oil (fish or flax)
2 Tbs raw cacao powder
1 Tbs raw bee pollen
1 Tbs psyllium or Baltone
1 tsp goji powder
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp maqui powder
1 tsp camu camu powder
dash of cayenne to taste
5 -6 cups of filtered water

Blend until preferred consistency achieved. Pour into 1/2 quart glasses/jars and keeps in fridge for 5 days.
