🔦Spotlight Post ‼️ The First Officer, bedroom and bathroom….
This bedroom 🛏️ is another bedroom located downstairs (Captains Quarters is the other) and perfect for our friends that can’t navigate stairs well. It has a queen size bed with a custom headboard my brother-n-law and husband built for this room. I purchased these oars off Etsy. It has bay windows and tons of natural light. The bathroom has a walk in shower w glass, sliding barn doors 🚪 along with some super fun tile 💙 selections… probably my fav in the house. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans 🪭, an extra fan in closet if needed and a sound machine to make for a great night’s sleep! 😴

🔦Spotlight Post ‼️ The Captain's Quarters, AKA the primary bedroom and bathroom….
To differentiate it from the other rooms, I selected a unique combination of greens 💚and browns 🤎 instead of the customary blues. The bathroom contrasts with its black and white 🖤🤍color scheme, complemented with my favorite, a black 🖤standalone bathtub 🛁 , double sinks, walk-in shower 🚿 , and private water closet 🚾 . I used boat cleats on all cabinet hardware and towel hooks. 🪝 All bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion! The lights 💡 above the sinks and tub came from Nautical Antiques & Tropical Decor Galveston. You will also have access to the pool 🏊 deck and Al fresco dining 🍽️ directly from your bedroom. The views are top notch 🌅! This room truly stands out among all others.

🔨🗜️We have had a lot of people ask who made our bunk beds and I wanted to share my brother-n-law’s official page on Facebook! He finally has a business page and we are all screaming from the roof tops ‼️This guy is super talented and can build about anything he’s ever been asked to! ‼️We had our first renters this weekend and hopefully they had the best weekend and Father’s Day today. We know this little girl had a wonderful weekend and even found our secret room our kids designed, just for our littlest renters! 🤫😴

📸Thank you Wesley Jones for the amazing job you did on our professional photos!! I couldn’t have asked for anything better! He showcased some of my very favorite features as well. 🤗. We chose a purple exterior with all white trim and patio furniture, but inside I went with all blues, browns and whites to create a nautical theme. The Captains Quarters is different to stand out with greens in the bedroom and a black/white bathroom. I really love how everything turned out and it photographed wonderful, again thanks to Wesley!!
