10 years ago this month Michael and Kerry finished and moved into their “forever home” they had the home custom built, and built on what was Kerry’s grandparents (she grew up on the farm). The Sheridan’s are a first family of Athens leaving Ireland during the potato famine, Athens very much reminded them of the rolling hills of Ireland. Micahel and Kerry chose to raise their family in Athens because of the family history and it’s great place to raise a family. In the summer of 2019 they broke ground for what is now known as The Barn at Shamrock Farm. Follow along as we take you through the journey of building this custom built space that we open our doors for guest to share in the space and we hope our children and future grandchildren enjoy for generations to come.
