We have a Globalversary today, but this time it's for the person who writes all these posts you see: me, Tanner Bowers. 👋

As I celebrate two years with Global Escapes, I’ve been reflecting on the incredible journey these past years have been. During that time, I’ve turned 21, graduated college, moved to my first big city, and experienced so many milestones. Yet, through it all, one constant has remained: the opportunity to learn from our passionate, caring, and driven team. The sense of infectious optimism and insatiable curiosity each of our advisors brings is contagious, and it’s been an absolute privilege to work alongside such remarkable individuals. The unmatched quality, compassion, and attention to detail they offer our clients every day is something I’m truly inspired by. The way our advisors turn a single trip into a lifelong memory, making dreams a reality, is nothing short of heartening. What’s a food tour, you may ask? Well, we think it’s one of the best - and most delicious - ways to learn about another culture. By walking through the streets of a city that’s new to you but seasoned by history and cultural delicacies, you hear stories and see representations of the destination you reached through a universal human language: good eats.
