3️⃣ Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands 🇪🇨 - Ecuador encompasses a vast spectrum of landscapes and experiences, making it an enticing destination for travelers seeking adventure exploration, and cultural immersion. From its majestic volcanoes and stunning mountains to the enigmatic Amazon rainforest, bountiful coastal regions, and the legendary Galapagos Islands, Ecuador has something to offer every traveler.

The U. S. Embassy in Jamaica released this update in response to growing concerns and miscommunication stemming from The State Department’s routine release on January 23, 2024. They emphasized the travel advisory did not change and in fact, it has been a Level 3 since March 2022.

This comes just as Jamaica released that they reportedly earned over $300 million from tourist arrivals in December 2023. The island is set for a record-breaking winter season, expecting over one million stopover visitors and securing 1.05 million airline seats. (Source: CNWNetwork)

Still don’t have a passport?! Now’s the perfect time to apply for a new one or to renew before it expires! The Department of State updated passport processing times in December, and they’re still at their pre-pandemic norm:

• Routine: 6 to 8 weeks
• Expedited: 2 to 3 weeks
• Expedited At Agency: Must have international travel within 14 days. Call 1-877-487-2778 to make an appointment.

Black history should be celebrated daily! Here are a few ways we like to celebrate:

1️⃣ Volunteer at local Black organizations, stateside and when we travel abroad.

2️⃣ Support Black-owned businesses, including while traveling. Don’t forget to leave a review and refer friends!

3️⃣ Read books written by Black authors. If you’re in a book club, be sure to recommend their books!

4️⃣ Seek out and attend community-hosted events.

5️⃣ Join a discussion about the history and present-day effects. Listen to understand. Be a vocal, supportive ally.

Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month is celebrated in May. It recognizes the contributions and influence of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders to the history, culture, and achievements of the United States.

There are many ways to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and we have a few ideas to get you started:

1. Try AAPI cuisine. Visit local restaurants that serve traditional Asian or Pacific Islander dishes, or try cooking and sharing authentic dishes from AAPI chefs.

One of the many reasons we love Bali is its stunning beaches, making it a perfect summer destination. Here are a few of our favorites:

The ABC Islands are Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao. They lie outside of the hurricane belt, making them the ideal travel destination during hurricane season. In addition to being the least likely Caribbean islands to be hit by a hurricane, they also see the least amount of rainfall during that time. We absolutely love this first look of the new Amex Centurion Lounge at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)! Everything from the lighting, greenery, the whiskey bar, and our fave, the outdoor terraces, it’s the most design-forward Centurion Lounge yet! At 26,000 square feet, it’s the largest Centurion Lounge, a title previously held by New York’s John F Kennedy Airport (JFK)! It’s located at Concourse E near gate E11, making it accessible from the Plane Train. It’s open from 6 am to 11 pm daily, allowing those with access a temporary escape while traveling through the world’s busiest airport!
