My Turkish coffee moment.

I found a quiet spot under a tree at the top of a hill to have a moment of stillness, reflect on my day and organize my content.

Turkish coffee is first to be understood. You don’t approach it the same as regular coffee…rather, it’s a journey.

Turkish coffee is served espresso style and is unfiltered. If you desire to have it sweetened, you request in advance as no sugar, little sugar or regular sugar because the sugar is brewewd/boiled along with coffee grounds and then poured in a cup to serve.

In addition, it is tradition to sip water in between each coffee sip and finish with a Turkish delight.

Pro tip: Turkish coffee is NEVER stirred (hence why sugar isn’t added after being served). The ending is to be left in the cup…unless you happen to like moist coffee grounds that looks like mud and likely tastes like mud 🤪.

My rating - 3.5⭐️

Only reason is because I’d say it is an acquired taste and has a more dense/bitter taste. But I’d drink it again for sure.
