10/10/2024
To BTE Attendees, Sponsors, Exhibitors, Content Creators, Influencers, and Partners.
Due to the significant impact of Hurricane Milton on Florida and the surrounding areas, we regret to announce that the 2024 Black Travel Expo, originally scheduled for October 17-20, has been postponed.
This hurricane has affected many of our participants, making it difficult for them to attend as planned. This has had a direct impact on our event. Our priority is the safety of everyone involved, and we want to ensure that all who have been impacted will be able to participate when the event is rescheduled.
We are working hard to confirm a new date in Atlanta and will notify you as soon as possible. In the meantime, please cancel any travel plans youโve made with your airline and hotel.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this challenging time. Should you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Stay safe, and we look forward to welcoming you to the rescheduled Black Travel Expo in Atlanta.
