In the midst of its challenges, Kliptown’s spirit shines brightly, particularly at the Kliptown Youth Center. This incredible space is a beacon of inspiration, offering education, mentorship, and opportunities to the community’s youth. Witnessing their resilience and determination was a humbling and uplifting experience for us all✨.

Last weekend was incredible at the Association of Black Travel Professionals Summit in Louisville✨! The experience was nothing short of inspiring, filled with powerful connections and unforgettable moments.
We kicked off with an enlightening Muhammad Ali Sightseeing Tour, followed by a vibrant “Coming to America”-themed welcome event sponsored by Louisville Tourism—what a way to start✨!
Friday was all about building connections. We dove into insightful sessions with top industry suppliers, exchanged ideas with fellow travel advisors, and explored new opportunities at the supplier trade show. The evening ended with a stroll downtown, great soul food at Dasha Barbours, and a sweet treat from Ehrler’s✨!
Saturday’s Think Tank Day was a game-changer. From financial strategies to scaling our businesses and mastering time management, the knowledge shared was priceless. We capped off the night with a colorful Carnival-themed finale at the iconic Kentucky Derby Museum✨.
The energy, the people, and the passion we all share for travel made this summit truly special. I can’t wait to see what the 2025 ABTP Summit in Miami has in store✨!

Started the day with an exclusive visit to Royalton Chic, where luxury and style come together effortlessly✨.
From its sleek, modern design to the vibrant energy, this resort is perfect for those who love a mix of sophistication and fun🤍.
With its stunning beachfront location, chic rooms, and top-notch amenities, it’s an ideal spot for a stylish Caribbean escape🏝️.
Lunch took us back to Prickly Pear Island, where the setting was straight out of a postcard. Enjoyed a delicious meal, cooled off with a dip in the turquoise waters, and relaxed in the shade while enjoying breathtaking views of Antigua🍽️🌊.
Ended the day with the iconic Shirley Heights Sunset BBQ Party. The sunset over English Harbour was a sight to behold, complemented by delicious BBQ, live music, and an incredible atmosphere🌅.

Day 2 started at Carlisle Bay Resort, where the turquoise waters and lush landscapes offered pure relaxation🌊.
Then, I experienced the elegance of Curtain Bluff Resort—breathtaking views and luxury at its finest. Perfect for family getaways or a bachelorette weekend to remember✨🥂.
The journey continued to the serene and secluded Hermitage Bay Resort, where I was surrounded by nature’s beauty in its purest form. This eco-chic haven epitomizes luxury, peace and privacy—a true escape from the everyday🏖️.
At Tamarind Hills Resort, I was mesmerized by the panoramic ocean views from the hillside villas. The modern design paired with the natural beauty of Antigua is simply unmatched. Lunch at Tamarind Hills was a culinary delight, with fresh, vibrant flavors that mirrored the island’s essence✨.
Later that evening was dinner at Canvas for a delicious meal and equally amazing beverages were served amongst great conversation🍽️!
Ended the night dancing at a Full Moon Party on Prickly Pear Island! The energy was unmatched as we danced the night away to the sounds of calypso, soca, zouk, and reggae💃🏾.
