Emory University Mock Trial --ABOUT--

Emory's Ben Pius Mock Trial Team is a collegiate trial advocacy team. We try the case against other schools, competing for trophies and glory.

Each year we receive a case from the American Mock Trial Association and engage in trial simulations, filling both witness and attorney roles. Since it's founding over 10 years ago, Emory Mock Trial has consistently been one of the most competitive teams in the region and we strive to continue that legacy. In addition, members of the mock trial team learn invaluable skills and join a close network

of individuals who share a passion for law, arguing, and each other. Tryouts for the team are held every year at the beginning of September. All Emory undergraduates are encouraged to tryout and no prior experience is necessary.
