Natalie H. Manning is the Founder and Executive Director of Another Viewpoint Counseling Services.

For the past 24 years her broad and extensive knowledge and experience in substance abuse counseling has allowed her to impact the lives of others in breaking the cycle of addiction. During those years Natalie began realizing the importance of identifying and addressing the underlying issues that are masked by substances and behaviors. ialed Addiction Counselor (CAC). She also holds the designation of Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS), and a Certified Moral Reconation Therapist (CMRT). Natalie has a diverse background in chemical dependency which includes counseling persons with substance abuse disorders, and program development, and management.
