Another FIVE STAR review!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 — “My wife and I spent a November weekend at Ashley and Jeff's Ocean View retreat. In a word, it was terrific in every way. Communication with Ashley was prompt, courteous, and gave us all the information we needed to get to the resort and into the condo. Their place is located a 2-minute walk from the beach, which is perfect if you want to be "right on the water." The facilities themselves were immaculate and included anything you could need (appliances, coffee, utensils & dishware, etc.) Ashley even offered to mail back a set of shoes, which I foolishly forgot. I recommend their vacation resort with no reservations. If you're looking for that memorable trip to Atlantic Beach, I don't think you could go wrong with their condo. We'll definitely be looking at a return trip in the future.”

This was the perfect little spot tucked among so much to do - like the aquarium, great restaurants and a 45 second walk from having your toes in the sand!! Another FIVE STAR review!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 — “It was my first time booking an Airbnb and it was a great experience. I took my mom for a mothers day trip and it was the perfect size room for the two of us. The host always responded super fast and was very helpful. The room was very clean and obviously newly renovated. It is in a perfect location, you can see the ocean from the room, very clearly in the mirror. The beach is just a few steps away from the building making it super convenient. I have nothing but good things to say about the room, host, or location. We will definitely be staying there again. It was absolutely perfect for a quick trip to the beach.”

Typically, on our 🏝️ NC Saltwater Vacations 🏝️page, I share the public reviews that our guests write after they’ve stayed at one of our Airbnbs. This time our guest also left a private message, and it just really hit home with the reason why I do what I do with our Airbnbs…I truly just love the hospitality business, and I really enjoy real estate. ☀️🌊🏖️ Managing our own vacation rentals has really been fulfilling for me and something that I’m grateful to be able to do full-time, so I wanted to share this feedback that made my heart smile when I received it. 😊

Another FIVE STAR review!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 — “This is the place that you want! It was everything that we needed for a wonderful beach vacation. The space is cozy but it was just right for us as a couple that needed some long overdue time to connect. Although the unit has others around it, everything was quiet and peaceful. You cannot beat the location. The beach is RIGHT THERE! like 30 seconds and you're on the beach. We felt like we had a private beach to ourselves. There were never more than a handful of people around us. I can honestly say that it's the very best beach experience of my life. Lots of great little restaurants to eat at and stores nearby if you want groceries to cook in the room. We enjoyed Oceanside meals, drinks, etc at different places each night. This is really special little place.”

Happy Sunday from Atlantic Beach 🏖️ I spent most of this beautiful Sunday indoors, painting our soon-to-be-ready first floor, pet-friendly vacation rental at Ocean Sands, BUT I did manage to take a break and step outside to snap a couple of pics. It was gorgeous, peaceful, and sunny. ☀️☀️☀️ 66° but with a brisk wind….

I do love this time of year in Atlantic Beach because it’s quieter, very peaceful, yet the weather is still nice enough to go outside and enjoy the beach. Hope y’all enjoyed your Sunday 🤗🏖️🤗🏖️

Happy Halloween y’all from NC Saltwater Vacations! 🎃👻🎃👻 If you didn’t plan a beach vacation for Halloween this year, then put it on your calendars to do so for next year! The weather was warm and beautiful in the 70s ☀️🌊🏖️, and local Atlantic Beach businesses like BT’s (Beach Tavern) get festive with events like a costume contest. Our friend went as the white rabbit and won first prize at BT’s receiving a $100 gift card!

Jeff and I had such an easy, relaxing, fun day out on the water in our boat! We spent time on the Beaufort waterfront and the Morehead City waterfront for The Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament. 🎣 Here are some pics of all of the gorgeous boats we saw out and about. 🛥️☀️🌊

It’s the weekend!! 🎉🏖️ And although it is peak season and Jeff and I are busy with our vacation rentals, we still take time out to have fun, like last night at Jack's Waterfront Bar in Morehead City! …Yet funny enough, after we got home last night, I spent about an hour doing AirBnB laundry 🤪 because I still do ALL of our vacation rental laundry because I want it to be stain-free and perfect. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤩 Here’s to a busy and AMAZING summer at the beach!! 🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️
