It’s a beautiful Labor Day weekend at AB!

Late summer and early fall is the perfect time to visit. The outdoor pool stays open until October, and the indoor pool/hot tub, putt putt, courtyard, tennis and basketball courts are open year round!

Welcome! I’m going to try sharing a little about our family’s condo here in addition to having it listed on Airbnb/VRBO.

It’s a 2 bed/2 bath condo located @ A Place At the Beach III in Atlantic Beach, NC. The complex is amazing for families or couples. The complex boasts a 1-8 ft outdoor pool with in ground slide, 9 hole putt putt, tennis/basketball court, playground, spacious courtyard, gas/charcoal grilles, indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, beach access and MORE!!! All
In one place!

Our family has been enjoying this property for about 40 years and love sharing it with other families as well. In 2021 the property underwent a pretty large renovation updating most of the inside of the unit.
