THE HOME = PERFECT:
Enjoy a Barbeque with family and friends on the One-of-A-Kind Rooftop Deck! We supply a large propane BBQ and the propane is included in the rental! Grilling on the deck with views, sounds and smell of the ocean is an extremely popular activity at Top End Townhome! We spare no expense in ensuring the home is always in excellent condition and perfectly clean inside and out. We are constantly updating the property for guest enjoyment (our top priority!) from our fun beach themed decorations to providing a large flat screen HDTV (with free HD HBO and 500 channels) in the living room. Bed linens and towels are supplied along with a fully furnished kitchen! The Kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, an island, and high-end appliances for all your cooking needs. Enjoy incredible views from the One-of-A-Kind Rooftop Deck or from one of the other three private decks (see our pictures that illustrate better than words!). Of course our high speed Wifi connection is available and FREE! The bed rooms are also beautifully appointed with large beds, very comfortable mattress & pillows with plenty of dresser and closet storage. The Top End Townhome sleeps 9, 10 if someone is ok with the couch, and 12 if others are ok with bringing an air mattress or two. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2), the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2), and the 3rd bedroom has a large bunk bed with two Full size mattresses and a twin trundle underneath (sleeps 5). There is more to say about this great property but we want to keep a couple of things a surprise for when you arrive!
