Introducing FRIDAY SUPPER CLUB in the Lounge Restaurant at Colloca Estate Winery. There's no club to join, it's just a catchy name for the foodie-type folks who like to seek us out for our special dinners and events. This new exclusive Supper Club dining experience where fine wine, culinary artistry, and a cozy atmosphere of the Lounge come together to create memorable evenings for you to enjoy as long weekends.

Each Friday, we feature a different prix fixe (set) 4-course menu with a unique theme (Mediterranean, Italian, French, etc.). The menu consists of a starter, appetizer, main course, and dessert, all for only $45. Curated wine pairings can be added for $20, or beer flights for $15. William H. Seward was instrumental in Thanksgiving becoming a National Holiday?

🦃Thanksgiving as we know it -a National Holiday celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November has ties to Auburn NY! Then Secretary of State, William H. Seward not only helped President Lincoln see the value of declaring Thanksgiving a National Holiday, but he also wrote the speech that the President gave on October 3, 1863 declaring Thanksgiving a National Holiday!
