I try to create and sell unique tie dye shammies / sammies / chamois for everyone. I initially started tie dyeing in my garage apartment in Houston, TX over six years ago to help cover my expenses of going to international competitions. As an international student-athlete at the University of Houston my ultimate goal was to compete in the Olympics representing The Netherlands

. Although my dream of going to the Olympics did not come true, I did compete as part of the Dutch National team at many Grandprix, European Championships and Worlds Cups. The To-Die-For-Shammies gained popularity as I continued tie dyeing shammies/ chamois / sammies even after I officially retired as a competitive diver. I am still in the pool a lot as I am now a diver/ performer on the largest cruise ship in the world, The Oasis of the Seas. I work on the ship about 8 months out of the year, the rest of the time on ‘land’ I coach diving and… dye shammies… lots of them! So don’t worry even when I’m out at sea, working hard, enjoying the Caribbean sun you can still order your favorite tie dye shammies / chamois / Sammy. Also if you are a diver and come to cruise on the Oasis of the Seas, please shoot me an email and I will show you around the aqua theater :)
