Hatha Style Classes
Traditional hatha yoga is a holistic yogic path, including disciplines, postures (asana), purification procedures (shatkriya), gestures (mudra), breathing (pranayama), and meditation. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes available. Ashtanga Vinyasa Style Classes
The alignment of movement and breath - a method which turns static asanas (postures) into a dynamic flow. The

length of one inhale or one exhale dictates the length of time spent transitioning between asanas. Asanas are then held for a predefined number of breaths. Attention is placed on the breath and the journey between asanas. Open to students with intermediate and advanced yoga experience. Small Group & Private Classes Available - I travel to you!

Right when I was ready to start teaching again and whip my post baby bod back in shape with classes targeted for post partum moms, my back had to go and screw it up. Lumbar disc herniations are no joke - especially when you're breastfeeding and can't pop the good pills. 8+ weeks of PT, 4 epidural steroid injections, and a SI joint injection scheduled tomorrow. No relief yet. Enter Cryotherapy. 5 sessions down and finally feeling hopeful. 🙌
