This year the east side of the house is being rebuilt with new sliders, windows, decks and siding. The southeast bedroom will now have a sliding door, giving all bedrooms direct access to the outside decks.

OVH is 13 houses down from the Avon Pier with beach access 2 houses to the north or 3 houses to the south. We counted just 100 steps to that north access point.

You'll see dolphins from the decks or screen porch. One guest reported seeing whales during their visit but we've yet to get so lucky.

Our family (including the fur babies) really enjoys our time here and we hope that yours does too. Thank you to all our great guests!
