We are a 4 bedroom oceanside house and we are a quick 45 second walk to the beach access at the end of our quiet street in Avon, NC (OBX) with no roads to cross. We have access to a wonderful community Olympic sized pool, kiddie pool, and pickleball and tennis courts just a few minutes’ drive away (pool open til Sep 30 and courts open year round). We are super dog friendly with a very convenient fenced in dog area that you can let them down into from inside the house. Other great amenities include a cargo lift for your luggage, groceries, and beach gear; arcade game; outdoor shower; king master bedroom; bed linens included and your beds will even be made for you; and one level living once you get inside. We book direct so you will save platform fees too! We have a Sunday turnaround.
