Join me for my first hosted retreat of 2025 at the Gingerbread Cottage February 13-16, 2025. There are still 6 spots remaining. Grab a friend to join you or come solo!

This is an all-inclusive retreat (meals, lodging and 4 ft personal crafting space provided). Upgrade to an 8 ft table for $75. The retreat registration fee is $250/person for a Thursday-Sunday stay or $200/person for a Friday-Sunday stay. Arrive as early as 12 p.m. on your selected day of arrival and depart as late as 3 p.m. on Sunday. Due to the potential for winter mountain driving, guests are highly encouraged to come in an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Due to the proximity of the retreat, full payment is due within a week of registering. Payment can be made by check, Venmo or Zelle.

Note that guests attending must be comfortable with stairs. Guest bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. The crafting workshop is located on the second story of the detached garage. An electronic cargo lift is available to help transport craft supplies to and from the workshop.

Last weekend we attended Bailey’s Cowboy Christmas festivities with Santa, various activities for the kids, tree lighting, vendors and live music at the winery and brewery in town. It was a great way to get into the holiday spirit! We finished the evening with dinner at Aspen Peak Winery. It was delicious!

2 LAST MINUTE SPOTS AVAILABLE

We had a few retreat guests that can no longer make the retreat this week November 7-10. Join me this weekend for some fall crafting in the mountains. Invite a friend to join you or come solo. Any type of crafter is welcome. Female guests 18+ years welcome. This is a hosted retreat where meals, lodging and 4 ft crafting workstation provided. Cost is $250/person for a Thursday-Sunday stay and $200/person for Friday-Sunday. Payment must be made by Venmo or Zelle at time of registration to guarantee a spot. Cash or check payment will be accepted for last minute registrations received Wednesday or Thursday. Arrive as early as 12 p.m. on selected day of arrival and depart as late as 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Guests must be comfortable with stairs as sleeping rooms are located on the second floor of the home and crafting workshop is located on the second floor of the detached garage (electronic cargo lift available).

I still have 2 remaining spots for next weekend's hosted retreat October 24-27, 2024. I'm offering both 3 and 4 day options at a $50 discounted rate (no other discounts apply). Spots are available on a first come basis. The retreat includes, meals, a minimum 4 ft crafting station and lodging. Larger bed and 8 ft table upgrade options available for those that have preferences. Any type of crafter welcome (scrapbooking, card making, quilting, painting, jewelry, etc...) Bring your own crafts to work on and enjoy a peaceful weekend in the mountains with other crafty ladies. Registration fees with the discount applied are $200 (normally $250) for a Thursday-Sunday stay and $150 (normally $200) for a Friday-Sunday option. It is not too late to join us this fall for a hosted retreat before the busy holiday season begins. We have a few spots left in both the upcoming October and November retreats. I'm hosting a retreat this Thursday-Sunday at Mountains and Memories (our sister property) retreat home in Estes Park. I had a last-minute spot become available that I'm looking to refill at a discounted rate. See the post below for more information.

UPDATE 10/2- I can make 2 spots available at the $225/person rate if anyone and a friend or family member would be interested in sharing the master bedroom (main floor, king bed, private bathroom). Otherwise a single individual registering for the original spot would be in a regular guest room with 3 others (twin beds).

LAST MINUTE SPOT for THIS WEEK'S HOSTED RETREAT! We had a guest just contact me to let me know their friend cannot make it to the retreat this week October 3-6. If anyone is interested in attending and wanting to take the newly available spot, it is being offered at the discounted rate of $225 (normally $330). This is available on a first come basis. Due to the discounted price, only cash, check or Venmo payments accepted. Payment can be made upon arrival. This is a hosted retreat so all meals, lodging and 4 ft crafting space included in the fee. We also have a massage therapist coming on Friday and Saturday so you'll have an opportunity to sign up for that offering as well. Guests attending the retreat can arrive as early as 2 p.m. on Thursday and can stay as late as 3 p.m. on Sunday. Message me (or send email to [email protected]) if you would like to take the spot.

We currently have September 25-30, 2024 available for private rental (crafting, quilting, family getaway, etc...). These dates are being discounted to $200/night (2 night minimum) plus $250 cleaning fee. This discount includes private access to the house and crafting workshop, check-in as early as 9 a.m. on selected day of arrival and check-out at late as 4 p.m. on day of check out. Maximum of 6 people for the discounted rate. Payment is due three days before arrival and can be submitted by check, Venmo or Zelle.

Private rental includes full access to the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home along with second floor crafting workshop with third bathroom above the detached garage. Electric platform lift available to assist transporting heavy craft supplies up to the second floor.

It's not too late to plan a crafting weekend with your favorite pals!

We have the following upcoming dates still available for private rental:
- August 22-25
- September 26-29

We offer discounted pricing for groups no more than 6 people in size ($1,000) and regular pricing for groups no larger than 8 ($1,200). These rates already including taxes and cleaning fee. Arrive as early as 9 a.m. on Thursday and depart as late as 4 p.m. on Sunday. The rental payment can be made by check, Venmo or Zelle. A $150 non-refundable deposit is due within 7 days of booking. The remaining rental payment for August will be due by 8/8/24. The remaining rental payment for September will be due by 8/26/24.

The home has 3 bedrooms (total of 9 beds -- no bunks), 2 bathrooms with a third bathroom in separate crafting workshop space. Crafting workshop is located on the second floor of the detached garage in what would have been a studio apartment. (There is an electronic cargo lift that can handle up to 300 lbs to make it easier getting supplies to and from the workshop.) The workshop is set up with 8 crafting workstations (4 ft wide each) with cup holder, rolling chair, Ottlite and trash can.
