Our special journey weaves together the perfect experience of El Camino across northern Spain’s exquisite landscapes and historic cities, immersing you in the traditions of this legendary pilgrimage. It’s a fantastic journey from the ancient kingdom of Castile to lush, mystical Galicia, a hidden corner of Spain alive with legends and Celtic heritage.
Whatever reason you may choose to hike El Camino, you’ll be swept up by its fascinating heritage, the beautiful landscapes, architecture, cuisine, and most certainly the wonderful camaraderie of the other pilgrims sharing the trail, and this treasured goal, with you!

Our 20th Annual Via Arté Italian Street Painting Festival is 10 days away!! This family-friendly event allows visitors to create their own masterpiece! Hundreds of children (and adults) participate each year in our Via Bambino area, showcasing their talents and trying their hand at the ancient art of street painting.
Each $20.00 Via Bambino purchase includes a 12-piece box of professional artists chalk and a 2×2 foot square. Additional squares may be purchased to increase your working space.
Via Bambino purchases may be made during festival hours. Squares and chalk are limited and will be given on a first-come-first-served basis. All proceeds benefit the Bakersfield Museum of Art's exhibitions, preservation of fine art, educational programs, community outreach and special events.
