Hey ya'll! We have updated our calendar for 2025. Quick summary:
Located on Bald Head Island - accessible only by ferry from Southport, NC. No cars on the island!
We have 3 golf carts (Two 6 seaters and a 4 seater) and many bikes for your use.
We are in the center of the island, just minutes from harbor, beaches, market, shopping, hiking trails. New shops and restaurants on the island!
House is 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom - sleeps 10 comfortably
We rent only to friends, family, and friends of friends, so the house is well stocked as we know you'll good care of things!

Hi Friends! Many of you are starting to make vacation plans for 2022 and we'd love to host you at our house on Bald Head Island! No cars, just golf carts (we have a 4 seater and a 6 seater). Our house is 4 bedrooms, 3 bath. We have a front porch and have added a new side deck with outdoor table and chairs! The very best thing about BHI (besides the serenity, nature trails, calmness) is that there are beaches that face all directions. Watch the sunrise, the sunset, surf, go shelling, tide pools, no tide pools. You can get it all and never leave the island! I've included some pics of the house and a picture of our rental rates. We have exciting news! Raven's Retreat now has new co-owners. The Holloways and the Aliceas now own the house together and we have changed the name to Hang Ten! 🤙There are 10 of us and surfing on BHI is incredibly fun, so it's very fitting! We are working on a few updates/improvements to the house and will update our video once complete.

We will still be renting the house out some but only to our friends. If you are reading this, you are probably our friend and would qualify 😉. We will try to keep the calendar updated (listed as the "website" on this page) as we know of dates. Right now Summer 2021 shows full but once we figure out our own plans, some dates will open up.
