Dry Tortugas National Park Lady Grace had the pleasure of taking guests to the Dry Tortugas National Park over the last few weeks. Being aboard Lady Grace allows guests to enjoy the Dry Tortugas at our own pace. No time constraints, no cares about your day boat or plane leaving, and at night amazing night skies. While a day tour boat does allow access to the Dry Tortugas for others, our guests enjoy the pristine waters that are largely untouched by humans during our cruising time without having to struggle with other guest for comfortable seats, perfect views, or wait in lines for drinks or food....

MARDI GRAS CELEBRATION Our guests this week, (residence of Louisiana) celebrate Mardi Gras with us while enjoying a little bit of Florida sun! One of Captain Jamie's favorite desserts is Key Lime Pie. We have tried many different ones over the years, with my favorite being here in the Keys, at Marker 88 Restaurant. Last year I was on an instant pot cheesecake baking obsession and I attempted... you guessed it... a Key Lime Pie Cheesecake. Now, at the time I was living in Tennessee and did not have access to real key limes, but as I wanted to try and be authentic, I ordered "Key West Lime Juice" with the hope that it would be a close second to the actual key limes. ...
