Precision Barrett manufacturing specializes in screw machine components. Our west central Minnesota production facility is centered on Acme Gridley Multi-Spindle Screw Machines. These six spindle fully automatic machines are capable of holding accuracy of + or - .001 at high production. Our machines range in capacity from 3/32" to 2", with chunking capacities up to 7" in diameter. Quality Micrometers, profilometers, indicators, surface plates, hole plug and thread gauges as well as surface compartators aid our day to day inspection requirements. All quality control equipment is calibrated every 60 days or less to insure constant accuracy. Every machines is subjected to a regular inspection and maintenance program to insure optimum performance and maximum proficiency on close tolerance jobs. Because of these high standards, our customers have given Barrett Manufacturing a AAA rating.
