Oh, boy! On November 18, 1928, the world was introduced to Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, who made their debut in “Steamboat Willie” at the Colony Theatre in New York. As the pair grew into pop culture sensations, demand for mouse merchandise soared, which led to the creation of stuffed dolls by seamstress Charlotte Clark. Pictured here is Walt Disney with some of these early mice in the 1930s.

Fun trip with a bunch of coworkers to enjoy Discovery Cove and Universal together! I was very impressed with the new DreamWorks Land at Universal, the Epic preview center was amazing, and having a cabana at Discovery Cove (right next to the snorkel lagoon) is just heavenly!
