We guarantee our products; if you receive a product that is defective, we will exchange the item, or provide a Rafa Natural Gift Card at the receipt price, within 30 days of purchase. Returning by Mail/Delivery Service
Returned items may be sent by Federal Express, UPS or USPS. If sending by US Postal Service, it must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with the US Postal Service. Please Note: We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
