~Have you heard the stories about the travel agents who have taken their clients’ money, never booking the vacations or contacting their clients again?

I can’t tell you how angry this makes me! It’s a cautionary tale about why you should know who you are doing business with.

If you’re considering using a travel agent for your next vacation, here’s some things you should know about me:

1. I have 15 years of planning experience & 4 years of travel advisor experience booking vacations for my happy clients.
2. I’m a member of CLIA for advisors (cruise line international association).
3. Your travel payments are always paid directly to the supplier that I book your trip with. No money passes through me or my accounts (The exception being if you’re paying your Planning/Registration fee. This is paid to me directly and clients are notified in advance).
4. You will ALWAYS get an official confirmation document from the travel supplier after initial and final payments. This confirmation shows your confirmation number, vacation details, amount paid, and amount owed.

Unfortunately, I can’t stop the bad apples from tarnishing the travel planning profession. But I can promise that every trip booked with me is treated like my own family’s.
