A visit to Tony's Seafood Market & Deli in Baton Rouge, which is billed as Louisiana’s largest seafood market, is a memorable experience. From the catfish swimming around in its giant holding tank to a hot food line packed with all manner of Cajun delights, pretty much anyone will find something to love. The market also features boiled seasonal seafood, including crawfish, shrimp, and oysters, when it’s in season, along with fried catfish, boudin balls, and crawfish pies (Saturday and Sunday).
