Apple Cinnamon Noodle Kugel
INGREDIENTS
1 pkg Manischewitz Wide Egg Noodles
3 red apples thinly sliced
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup avocado oil
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon honey
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Add brown sugar and 2 tablespoons water to a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves.
Add 1 tablespoon avocado oil and apple slices. Cook until soft.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, the rest of the oil, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
Add the cooked noodles and softened apples. Mix well.
Scoop into muffin tray. Sprinkle with more cinnamon.
Bake at 350℉ for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm.

INGREDIENTS
Manischewitz Yellow Cake Mix (frosting not needed for this dish)
3 cups sliced strawberries
3 cups fresh whipped cream or non-dairy whipped topping
DIRECTIONS
Bake the cake according to the package directions using included cake pan.
Let cool.
Break-up cake to crumble texture.
Layer with strawberries and whipped topping.
Enjoy!
