Looking for hard-working, honest, self- motivated, housekeeper for housekeeping team for busy vacation rental business. The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning vacation rentals, including large homes and small condos. The housekeeper role requires paying attention to details, a love for making homes look well put together, cleaning well and efficiently. Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
The housekeeper must be able to lift 40 pounds. Must be able to operate motor vehicles in the snow, including our snowmobiles. (We can train you to operate snowmobiles). Must have a valid driver's license. Would love to hire a team, but also can be a hard-working individual. Must be comfortable driving in snowy conditions. Pay is per unit and averages $25/hour.

We are a small, independently owned real estate and vacation rental company looking for a dynamic front desk/vacation rental property manager to join our team. We are located in the village of the Bear Valley Ski Resort 20 miles east of Arnold, California. The property manager candidate needs to be very detail oriented, organized, a great communicator, have computer skills, able to multitask, friendly, a self- motivator, a good listener, and really like working with the public. The property manager job includes answering the phone, making reservations, coordinating all aspects of the guest's stay from check in to check out, dealing with maintenance issues, communicating with others on the team, communicating with guests and owners by email and phone, and able to work independently. Other responsibilities may include ordering supplies, keeping the supply closet neat, vacuuming the office and cleaning the coffee cart daily, checking on properties and many other small but necessary tasks. You must be able to lift 30 pounds and be in good physical health. You will work independently and with other property managers. You will often be the first voice or face our guests and clients will encounter, so it is important to have an upbeat phone voice, be able to take messages for agents, be pleasant and helpful. This is a customer service business.

Candidates must have a 4- wheel drive vehicle and be able to drive in snowy conditions. Candidate must be willing to drive a snowmobile (we can teach you how). The work week is Friday through Monday. Job is year -round with our busy periods being mid -December through mid -April when the ski resort is open and July/August. You must be able to work during the busy Christmas Holiday season. We are closed on Christmas day. Prior work experience in customer service or property management is a plus. Please send a cover letter. Semi-flexible position for vacation rental business. Help our vacation rentals with linen pick up and delivery and trash disposal. Perfect job for a student or ski bum. Must be able to lift 40 pounds and drive in snowy weather. This is a physical job. Must like being outside. Will need to operate a snowmobile with a trailer, but we will train you. Must be independent, hard working, communicate well with main office and have no substance abuse issues. Work will also include cleaning out fireplaces, cleaning hot tubs (we will train), small maintenance if able, snow shoveling paths or stairs , keeping snowmobile fleet dug out and gassed up. We are a small office and everyone works together. Have a friend? 2 person teams are welcomed. 15-20 hours per week.

The house cleaner is responsible for cleaning vacation rentals, including large homes to small condos. The house cleaner role requires paying attention to details, a love for making homes look well put together, cleaning well and efficiently . Previous housekeeping experience preferred. The qualified housekeeper must be available to work December 26-Jan 3. Our busiest season is December to April and July to September. The house cleaner must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to operate motor vehicles in the snow, including snowmobiles (we will provide training and machines). Must have a valid driver's license. Need a 4wd vehicle and not mind driving on snowy roads. Would love to hire a team but, also can be a hard working individual. The pay rate for the house cleaner is based on a $25/hr rate. All qualified house cleaner, please send a cover letter, including details if moving closer to Bear Valley or commuting from present residence (If staying at present residence must live Angels Camp or closer).
