Summertime in Sundance is back!
May 21, 2022 from 11 AM - 3 PM

We're excited to announce Pop Gun Re-Run will be playing live music! There will be face painters, games, reptiles, Kids fun zone, rock climbing, market place, Kona Ice, Jojo's Grill a Dog, Chaparritos Grill, Melo's BBQ and more!

This is a Sundance (South) Community Association private event.

Each household will receive 5 free meal tickets. Additional tickets will be available for purchase at the cost of $5.00 per meal (cash preferred). Proof of address is required.

Thank you to everyone who attended our Winter Wonderland event! It was sooo much fun! If you have pictures to share, we'd love to see them!

Our events would not be possible without all of the amazing volunteers! Thank you so very much to everyone who helped out; we very much appreciate your time.

Thank you to our vendors who donated raffle prizes and CONGRATULATIONS to the winners! We gave away several many prizes, including Visa gift cards, a Red Lobster gift card, a Denny's gift card, a Razor scooter, some "fun" beverages, a Bluetooth speaker, waffle makers and a huge 55" Samsung TV!

We hope you had a great time! Happy Holidays!

We continue to seek volunteers for the Fall Festival. Nine (9) booths remain available for those who would like to enter the decorating contest and pass out candy to Trick or Treaters. We depend on volunteers to make the community event successful! We need volunteers to distribute candy during the event and other to assist with registration. The Fall Festival is just around the corner! Mark your calendar for October 23, 2021 from 5pm-8pm at Mountain View Park. This will be a strictly private event for the Sundance (south) Community Association members only. Proof of address will be required at registration.

It’s that time of year again, for our 3-day Community Garage Sale event taking place on Octobe 8th through the 10th 2021. Please be aware surrounding communities are also participating, so be sure to explore all areas for hidden treasures. As California continues to open back up stay tuned for more community events coming up! Edit 08/27/2021 - The contractor has repaired the slide and the playground is now open!

Please be advised that the Sunshine Park playground on the corner of Starlight and Sunburst has been closed for repairs.

It is estimated to re-open by Friday, August 27th once temporary repairs to the slide are completed.

On October 23, 2021 Sundance Community Association will be hosting the first community event in over a year. The Board of Directors have approved a Fall Festival to be held at Mountain View Park from 5:00pm-8:00pm. The evening will be filled with music, food, Trick-or-Treating, pumpkin decorating and much more!

Enter the booth decorating contest for a chance to win prizes. Contact [email protected] to reserve your booth.
