Take a peek inside our VAULT® door. This video reveals the intricate assembly process of an Armoire door, showcasing the hidden details that make it exceptional.
Between the welded double-wall construction, you'll find stiffening flanges. These ensure our doors remain incredibly strong and rigid.
The result? A robust VAULT® door, with each Armoire door weighing an impressive 48 pounds. Our commitment to quality construction means these doors resist scratches, nicks, and dents. They don't wobble like gym locker doors but glide smoothly on adjustable soft-close hinges by Blum, akin to a luxury car door.
In this segment, we're installing a custom handle made from polished stainless steel before assembling the interior door skin onto these #Ferrari Yellow cabinets.
Why settle for subpar quality when you're paying a premium? Investing in high-end cabinets should guarantee durability and reliability, especially in demanding environments like your garage.
Take a look at these melamine drawers. They wobble with just the slightest touch of a finger, highlighting their flimsy construction. Professional mechanics avoid wood-based cabinets for a good reason—they simply do not hold up.
This video, captured at the Street of Dreams, showcases the limitations of wood-based cabinets, even when presented by renowned manufacturers. Make an informed choice and opt for materials designed to withstand the rigors of daily use.
By comparison, all VAULT® cabinets feature Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel ball bearing drawer slides with a 225lb capacity. Although we don't anticipate our clients loading a drawer with 450lbs of items, we design our drawers to be that robust to ensure they are infallible to last a lifetime of use. In our twenty years of operation, we've never had to service or warranty a cabinet or replace a part. When built correctly from the start, your investment should stand the test of time.

As my passion for design evolved, I began receiving bespoke commissions to create distinctive furnishings, breaking free from the traditional garage design constraints I had navigated for years.
When tasked with designing and fabricating matching power amplifier stands for McIntosh, the pinnacle brand in high-end audio, it was a genuine honor, given their unparalleled recognition and respect in the industry.
My affinity for McIntosh traces back to 1976, spending time at Flanner and Hafsoos, making a two-mile walk to Mayfair Mall just to revel in the iconic blue power meters.
Crafted to the highest standards by VAULT for McIntosh, the housing is built from 12-gauge panels, welded, and finished in a high-gloss powder-coated Starlight Black, featuring laser-cut, brushed stainless steel McIntosh logos.
Mirroring McIntosh MC2301 amplifiers, they seamlessly blend form and function. Additionally, a 2" diameter port hole atop each stand allows for the addition of 200lbs of lead shot or sand, ensuring structural stability.
The result is a truly glorious visual experience.
These VAULT Professional Series cabinets were hand built to our client's exact specifications to hide a Subzero refrigerator and the clients surround sound equipment.
@prismaticpowders helped us custom color match a beautiful #Porsche color called ‘Mexico Blue’.
This is what our client, who resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado had to say:
"Cabinets look AMAZING. Seriously amazing!!! Attention to detail is over the top. Truly WORKS OF ART. Your packing alone rivals #Apple.
Warm Regards,
Chris Jones, MD"

Turning Wasted Space into Something Spectacular and Functional
When approached by the owner of two newly acquired car condos seeking guidance on optimizing the unused space beneath the stairs leading to his mezzanines, I undertook a transformation that resulted in the design of two opulent bathrooms using @fireclaytile subway tiles and @kohler fixtures. In addition, I incorporated a convenient slop sink for the client to cleanse his hands during work activities, along with a strategically designed enclosure to effectively insulate and conceal the noise emanating from his air compressor and hot water heater. All these functional elements are discreetly tucked away, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing environment. This project exemplifies the art of elevating the ordinary into the extraordinary.
Introducing VAULT countertops, meticulously handcrafted to redefine your space with durability and sophistication. Our countertops are constructed from 304-Grade Brushed Stainless Steel, ensuring a premium finish that stands the test of time and is easy to clean and maintain.
Available in customizable lengths up to 144"-Long (left-to-right), our countertops offer flexibility to suit your specific requirements. The standard depth of 24" (front-to-back) can be extended up to 48" for specialized applications such as a top for workbenches. Experience the sturdiness of a 1.5"-thick standard height, with the option to elevate it to 3" for extreme-duty applications.
At the heart of our countertops lies a solid center core, carefully crafted by laminating two ¾”-thick exterior-grade MDF panels from Roseburg Forest Products. This robust foundation is then meticulously wrapped in 16-Gauge 304-Grade Brushed Stainless Steel, providing a seamless blend of strength and style. For those seeking unparalleled resilience, we also offer countertops in a formidable 14-Gauge thickness for extreme-duty applications.
Our meticulous craftsmanship extends to the welding process, where corners are expertly welded for structural integrity and for a highly finished countertop. The final touch involves hand-finishing the weld joints and sanding the surface to perfection. The result is a countertop that not only exudes beauty but also offers ease of cleaning and maintenance.
Elevate your space with VAULT countertops – where precision meets durability, and style meets substance.

VAULT cabinets are built to the highest attainable standards of quality control, ensuring that our breathtaking finishes are always looking sharp. We take pride in using only the best materials and having a ‘Class A’ Furniture-Grade finish on all parts.
After we receive painted parts back from powder, we visually inspect them and scrutinize them thoroughly before they can go on to assembly, which is what we are doing here.
All painted parts must be visibly-free of scratches, nicks, dents, dings, creases, chipping or peeling or other surface imperfections. Dents, dings, creases, chipping or peeling are not allowed on any exposed surface.

Designers and homeowners alike often wonder whether anything can be done about the placement or appearance of garage door opener hardware – the big motors and those bulky rails that can dominate the garage’s ceiling in a fairly unpleasant way. One straightforward solution is to powder-coat the finish of apparatus to help it blend into the space by matching it with the color of the walls, cabinets, prominent architectural features, or overall color scheme of the home – rather than letting the look of unfinished, generic-looking hardware dominate the airspace.
Maybe the more important tip about garage door openers, though, is that they don’t have to be placed on the ceiling in the first place. When possible, we prefer to install jackshaft operated garage doors – in this case, the space-saving, wall-mounted system is located at the side of a door, thus eliminating the ugly ceiling motor altogether. Not only that: jackshaft operation is also ultra-quiet, and with some models can be even faster than their traditional counterparts.
Placed on the side of the door, the garage door opener is out of sight and out of mind, eliminating the mess up on the ceiling and presenting a cleaner overall look inside the garage. Jackshaft motors are also popular in spaces where a traditional garage door opener cannot be used, such as garages with very low ceilings or the exact opposite: garages with cathedral ceilings where a ceiling mount is not possible.
As an added bonus, jack-shaft operation allows the ceiling space to be used more practically – perhaps by installing a rack for containers housing holiday or seasonal items that don’t need to be accessed frequently.
If you are sticking with a ceiling-mounted motor, though, there’s one other important factor to keep in mind: lighting. Make sure there’s no conflict between garage doors and your light fixture location. If you place a light source in areas where they will be obscured by an open garage door, this conflict
