Due to the weather a client missed their flight to Buenos Aires to start their cruise. I contacted NCL and was told they could meet the ship in Ushuia. NCL has a toll free number and the clients were able to contact the ship directly. The ship's staff confirmed NCL HQ had contacted them and boarding wouldn't be a problem.

Update: Client texted me today that they were onboard the ship, along with 25 others in the same circumstances. Thanks, NCL!

Touring Celebrity Edge, the Rooftop Garden. An active space with an outdoor video screen and lots of live plants. The ship is ending it's Alaska season and will be cruising Australia and New Zealand. The Australian government restricts the importing of plant life so all of the plants were removed and will be replaced when the ship arrives in Australia.
