Serenity Home Care seeks applicants for a full-time Payroll Manager position at our facility in Beaverton, Oregon. Job duties: Assist Management in Payroll Processes; Reconcile/update all employee benefit accounts such as healthcare insurance, life insurance, 401k, etc.; Manage petty cash and client accounts. Ensure all accounts are balanced/reconciled according to State regulations and Serenity Care policies and procedures; Enter and update accounts payable invoices into Quickbooks; Perform periodic vendor reconciliations; Record and reconcile intercompany transactions; Pay invoices - perform check runs timely and accurately; Coordinate with Management and prepare client invoices with back-up; Compile all resident billings and supporting documentation and input to Quickbooks; Review and prepare follow-up invoices of uncollected balances to clients and/or their representatives/ guardians/ trustees; Assist Management in performing collection/legal action for past-due accounts; Collect all client payments from Management and reconcile with bank deposits; Complete month-end close within designated timeframe, participates in monthly A/R review and completes necessary reports as required; Assist Management during move-in process for new clients by verifying payer source and completion of move-in paperwork.

Serenity Home Care seeks applicants for two full-time Client Care Coordinator positions at our facility in Beaverton, Oregon. Job duties: Facilitates and monitors the service plans to ensure appropriate and timely completion and documentation of tasks by direct caregiver staff; Coordinates any intervention as appropriate with physician, Management and RN, and/or client’s family

Day-to-day Leadership and Training
Oversees the following day-to-day operational functions: Handle all staff scheduling tasks ensuring that all shifts are covered. Completes staffing and scheduling according to the state regulations, operational and budgetary guidelines; Ensure review of daily time keeping and in accordance with approved shifts/schedules; Oversees the delivery of services identified in service plans by delegating and communicating verbal and written expectations to direct care staff and ensures follow-through; Conducts regular audit and review of medication documentation; Ensures health and safety procedures are followed by all staff; Oversees complete, accurate documentation of client charts in compliance with state requirements, promoting client confidentiality and the safe handling and storage of records; Work with the caregivers to build relationships and strong communication with clients, families and associates; Keeps current with professional developments in the field reading, attending conferences and training sessions; Maintain a documented system of operations policies and procedures and ensure that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner; Make recommendations for new or changes in procedures, policies, methods, education, reference material and general client care and nursing practices to ensure the highest level of quality patient care is given; Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives; Attends regular meetings: huddles, staff meetings, and as directed by Management; Assist Management and RN and fill in direct care staffing shifts as needed.
