It wasn't until I took my family, my husband and two kids, for the first time in 2013 that I became a Disney fanatic! It’s Thrill Ride Thursday! Let’s talk about those rides that make you…erm…lose your lunch. Harry Potter & the Forbidden Journey at Universal Orlando, I’m lookin’ at you!

Though it is one of the best and more unique thrill rides I’ve ever experienced, with incredible digital and physical effects, it’s wise to avoid this one if you get motion sickness.

HOWEVER the line queue for this ride, inside Hogwarts Castle, is a must-do for any Harry Potter fan. There are so many details incorporated throughout that are not to be missed. Just take your leave before they strap you in!

😋 I always get asked about the food on my trips, so I’m here to tell you a few things I learned in London and Scotland!

🍴The fish and chips really are better in London
🍴I could eat truffle fries every day in Scotland
🍴Haggis isn’t that bad…just don’t think about what you’re eating
🍴They offer a lot of smoked salmon, and it’s delicious
🍴They are very accommodating to food allergies
🍴Don’t automatically dismiss a food because of its name…Cullen skink is really delicious
🍴I love the ciders in Scotland
🍴You will gain weight 😂😂😂
