Please Welcome Our Newest Member, Old Belfast LLC!

Old Belfast LLC owners Alex & Kendra Brigham and general managers Earl & Bonnie Mackenzie have six buildings in Belfast and two properties currently under development. They are passionate about the City of Belfast and doing their part to upgrade and maintain properties for the long term. They have recently completed the Brigham Block Building at 126 Church Street in downtown Belfast (the former Em Bee Cleaners site), with new retail and office space on the first floor and two upscale apartments on the second floor. They are now turning their attention and skills to the restoration and future return of the historic Belfast Opera House at 111 Church Street.
