Our kitchen remodel is now complete. New Quartz countertops, stainless undermount sink, industrial faucet and mosaic backsplash.

Arrived about a week ago to spend the summer here at our condo. We have a few projects planned. New countertops and sink in the kitchen and new blinds on the slider. Stay tuned for pics to come.

Today we visited a winery only a short drive from our Condo. The tasting room is a beautiful building on the top of a hill.

Great cherry wines and Bourbons, which were amazing.

We just arrived at our Cozy little condo! We are warm weather, sun and beach people, but we wanted to see what our little place was like in the winter.

THE COUNTDOWN TO FIRST CHAIR IS ON!

Schuss Mountain will be opening for the season this Saturday, December 9.

Five runs will be available (all located on the purple chairlift or magic carpet), so all snowsports operations will be based out of Cedar River Village.

Schuss will be open from 9am-4:30pm this Saturday and Sunday, December 9 and 10. It will then be reopening daily for the season beginning Saturday, December 16. For the full report, visit shantycreek.com/ski/conditions-cams/

Ski season is right around the corner. Shanty Creek / Schuss Mountain is one of northern Michigan's premier ski destinations.
