Tri-State Performers holiday production is “Christmas Storytellers”

The Tri-State Performers, the museum theatre troupe of the Tri-State Museum and Visitor Center, will perform their holiday play on Friday, December 16 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, December 17 at 2 p.m.

The short, family-friendly comedy features six characters who explain to the audience why their tasks are important to the holiday season. These characters include a candle maker, a candy tester, a tree seller and more.

One holiday item is mentioned in each of the character’s speeches; children in the audience are asked to guess what it is and put their guess into a drawing. The winner of the drawing receives a gift basket of toys and games from the Tri-State Museum Gift Store. A gift basket will be awarded at each of the two performances.

Those families that attend the play will also be encouraged to visit the Gingerbread Village, located in the Visitor Center. Children can do a scavenger hunt through the village and receive a candy cane if they complete it successfully.

Admission to the play is $2 per person or free with membership.
