Shop small this year at the Bellingham Makers Market! 🎁 50 local vendors will be at the Bellingham Cruise Terminal just down the hill from Fairhaven, December 21st - 22nd. There’s still time to find your family and friends the perfect gift made with care by local artisans! ❄️
The event is free, and will be running from noon to 6 on Saturday and 10 to 5 on Sunday. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Paper Whale, and non-profit seeking to inspire creatives in the PNW! ✨🫶🏼

There are a couple of things going on this weekend in Fairhaven. Come take a carriage ride, and meet with Santa at the Village Inn from 12-3PM. There is also a Art Junction Pop Up Market at Whatcom Art Center. Make sure to stop by for the winter festivities!

With the plums and cherries in full spring bloom, there’s never been a better time to stroll Fairhaven and see all the places the trails can take you. 10th Street connects the South Bay Trail (with destinations like Taylor Dock, Boulevard Park, and Downtown Bellingham) to the Whatcom County and Bellingham Interurban Trail (with destinations such as Fairhaven Park, the 100 Acre Wood, Arroyo Park, and more!) It also hosts a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, and other local businesses! 🧭

There was magic and friendliness surrounding the oldest building in Fairhaven that has now left such a gaping hole in our hearts. Our deepest sympathies go out to all of our friends and neighbors deeply affected by the fire. So much life, history, and laughter all gone overnight. Truly, truly heartbreaking.
