Nothing says summer at the Jersey Shore like riding around in a beach cruiser!

We received another great review from recent guests who appreciated having access to beach cruiser bicycles, which come with all of our rentals.

After a truck took out a power line near our home on River Road last week, we had damage to several outlets, TVs and appliances, including the refrigerator. But right away, our guy Mark at hooked us up with a brand new fridge that his crew delivered and installed within a couple of days!

We highly recommend Appliance Brokers Limited in Asbury Park for great service if you’re in need of any appliances.

Having these types of local connections is what helps us stand out as vacation rental hosts. We ended up having everything replaced immediately with minimal disruption to our guests!

We were honored to host some travelers this week who came to Belmar all the way from the Netherlands and New Zealand!!! They were in the US to follow Bruce Springsteen’s tour and they wanted to check out some of the local Springsteen history here in the area, such as the replica guitar on the corner of 10th Ave & E Street in Belmar…yes, that same E Street where the band got its name!

We recommended that they head to to check out and of course they reported back that it was a huge hit!

3 years ago today, we finished building our giant red Adirondack chair. It is now a landmark in Belmar and it was the inspiration behind the name of our vacation rental business!

With a design inspired by the games seen at Jersey Shore boardwalks, our Game Room is a big hit among guests at the “Seagull’s Nest”. Our “Captain’s Cottage” hosted another couple this weekend who were in the area for a concert at the Stone Pony. Just a few minutes from Asbury Park, the cottage is a great spot for anyone needing a place to stay that’s close to the show!

Got another review today from a guest who loved our comfortable beds! If you’re looking for quality mattresses and bedroom furniture that’s affordable and super easy to setup, is the best! We’ve been outfitting all of our bedrooms with stuff from Zinus and our guests are loving the beds.

One of our properties overlooks Belmar’s L Street Beach along the Shark River. Our guests staying at “Sunset Manor” will often rent stand up paddle boards from which is located right across from the home. Warm weather and paddle board season is coming soon, book with us today!

On a snowy day in February 2022, we bought an old Victorian-style Jersey Shore beach house that needed a ton of work! A year later, “the Seagull’s Nest” is already one of the highest rated Airbnb rental homes at the Jersey Shore!
