Catch the live action of the elite waterski competitors the Rock Aqua Jays Water Ski Show Team right here in Beloit!

The waterski team will practice in Beloit Wednesday afternoon/evening south of the Ken Hendricks bridge. The team will be using the boat launch at Wootton Park. Other practices may be held based on the team’s scheduling needs.

Due to prolonged flooding on the Rock River, the team has been practicing at locations that require significant traveling. The conditions on the Rock River are now suitable for practice to take place in Beloit.

The team is using the boat launch as they are preparing for their national tournament in Warsaw, Indiana, from August 9-11. The community is welcome to watch the team practice from the banks of the Rock River.

**UPDATE: This practice is dependent on river levels being lower than the no-wake restrictions.

***UPDATE Water skiers will begin arriving around 5pm with the majority of the action starting after 6pm.
