It seems silly but I completely geek out on a good hotel room designs. It can be a non luxury line and as long as they have good lighting for me to work and simple technology features that are dummy proof then I am happy. I should moonlight as a Hotel secret shopper because I would be excellent at it. For me, I’m simply in a University town, enrolling my second child into college. I check into a courtyard Marriott and I am blown away by the excellent touches of the room 1st the Bluetooth feature that I can simply connect my phone to the TV and listen to my music while I am working 2nd the lighting. THANK YOU for having good lighting for seeing my face when I put make up on. Too many hotels i am in, including luxury brands 90% of the time do not think about good lighting for women in the bathroom for makeup. Bad lighting makes us look old and terrible. 3rd clean fresh colors. Encountering ill-informed gate agents is especially challenging. As a Travel Advisor, I am knowledgeable about visa necessities. This Agent about scared the 💩out of me! She requested to produce my South African travel visa. I clarified, ‘A visa is only required for stays exceeding 90 days.’ The agent’s uncertain reply, ‘Oh, that’s right... okay’
