Delta/Sky west has a rock star in Salt Lake-based flight attendant Keith. I have never encountered a flight attendant as detailed, thoughtful, caring, and diligent as Keith was on my short-haul flight from RDM-SLC. He deserves recognition for his exceptional service. Keith managed the business class on this short-haul flight. Upon arriving at my seat, I found a handwritten note from him, a gesture I have never experienced from any flight attendant. Prior to takeoff, Keith provided flight details, including flight duration, altitude, arrival gate, and arrival time. He was attentive, frequently walking the aisle even in the main cabin. Before landing, he gave each of the 12 passengers a handwritten note with their arrival gate and next flight's departure gate. We all agreed that we had never experienced such exceptional service from a flight attendant.
