These elegant and swift herbivores are perfectly adapted to our high desert environment. They have distinctive white markings on their faces and necks, making them easily recognizable. And those unique pronged horns? They're not actually true antlers but are made of keratin and shed annually. 🦌🌾

What's truly incredible about Pronghorns is their incredible speed and endurance. They can sprint at speeds of up to 55 miles per hour and sustain a fast pace for miles, making them the ultimate athletes of our region! 🏃‍♂️🌿
