Skyler Hughes Photography was up in the mountains shooting sunrise last weekend when this guy approached. Experts at the U.S. Forest Service, The High Desert Museum, and Wanderlust Tours have all identified him as a Sierra Nevada Red Fox, one of the most endangered mammals in North America. “It’s very surreal knowing we are lucky to have one of them in our area," he shared.
