Empowering, educating, and fun. These class are designed to teach you everything you need to have have an easier birth, prepare for successful breastfeeding, and empower you as new parents and make new friends. These classes are taught in person at the beautiful Hanai Center in Bend Oregon. Some classes also available online.

Our Story

DOULA. CHILDBIRTH EDUCATOR. CERTIFIED LACTATION EDUCATOR.

I am a Mother of 5, 4 of which I've given birth to myself. My kiddos, along with my husband are the center of my world. I love the miracle of birth and the privilege of working with expectant families. I trained at Bastyr University as both a birth Doula and in Childbirth Education and I completed my lactation education at UC San Diego. Formerly, I was a licensed EMT, and First Responder. Someday, I hope to become a midwife or labor and delivery nurse. For now, my heart is in helping families have positive and supported birth experiences, however they define that.
