Sport Chalet is a vacation rental located on the west side of Bend Oregon. The apartment is close to Location, location, location! Well stocked kitchenette.

The large backyard is fenced, shaded and mostly dog proof. The house backs up to Skyliners Rd which is a semi-main thoroughfare and does get some traffic and thus traffic noise but in the evenings is usually pretty quiet. Guest Access

Please park in street in front of house. We will tell you where you can pick up the key after you reserve. Interaction with Guests

We try to make ourselves available for questions about the area to make your stay more interesting. We are flexible and are always open to interaction with guests. We're always interested to meet new people and here about your travel adventures. We are happy to set up activities for a small fee or just point you in the right direction. We mountain bike, road bike, hike, ski, flyfish and like good food, wine and beer so if you need some company let us know! The Neighborhood

This is a quiet neighborhood with lots of open space and hiking and walking trails just out the front door. There is a great dog park just around the corner. Walk or ride to town or nearby pubs and restaurants. Getting around

The best way to get around Bend is by bike or car but there are also taxis available. You can also walk to the nearest restaurants, breweries and pubs in about 5-10 minutes and downtown in about 20 minutes. Other Things to Note

Perfectly located for your mountain biking or road cycling vacation. 2.5 miles from the famous Phil's Trail Head. You can ride to the trailhead on paved and dirt bike path. Phil's offer miles of trails for every ability level! There's also several great road riding loops just out the front door.

One on the West Side just two miles from Phil’s Trails and within easy walking distance to the Westside Commercial area (10 barrel, The Lot, Sun River Brewing) and Northwest crossing. Being on th West side also makes for a quick trip to Mt. Bachelor and XC ski parks.

OLD BEND COLORADO HOUSE - Historic District Location

Small and cozy cottage on the edge of the Bend Historic district. Walking distance to several breweries including Crux, Immersion and Deschutes. Perfectly located less than one black from the Old Box Factory, between downtown Bend and the Old Mill (both less than 5 blocks). One block from Market of Choice and Starbucks and nearby several other restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. Only a few block from the Deschutes River.

1920's cottage on the edge of the historical district. Two small bedrooms queen beds and wardrobe, large utility room with bunk beds and washer/dryer, full kitchen updated with new appliances, living room, dining area, sitting/computer nook and bathroom. The house is 900sf with enough room for up to 5 adults. The fourth bed is a twin top bunk bed suitable for kids. Please note that the bathroom is small and does not have a tub - only a shower.

Relax on the patio with Gazebo and gas BBQ. Watch the new vineyard grow and even help yourself to fresh vegetable from the garden!

LOCATION Perfectly located for visiting Bend many breweries or for a mountain cycling, hiking or skiing vacation. You can ride to the Phil's trailheads which offers miles of trails for every ability level! There's also several great road riding loops just out the front door.
