Holding onto summer / lake days as long as we can down here in Arkansas. Mountain Bike races in the morning, cold plunges, and recovery swims in the afternoon. It's our FAVORITE time of year here in Northwest Arkansas...shoot, with short winters, it's ALWAYS our FAVORITE time of year here!

"To say our complete experience at the Speakeasy was amazing would be putting it lightly. 5*****

The home is so comfortable, the hosts are incredible members of our community and helped me with things they didn't even have to! The house is amazingly decorated with wonderful little touches that made it both nostalgic and modern!

We had such a fun girl/mom getaway weekend! I highly suggest this home, and honestly, I've never slept so well!

There's lots of space inside, there's outdoor space to enjoy, a hot tub we indulged in, and I promise the house is almost drool worthy decorated .

Great Adventure Stays, we will be back!"

Little chain saw session on Slaughterpen this morning with friends and family of Great Adventure Stays properties. After the Memorial Day tornado, we, as a community, have been working hard to get trails back open. Lots of good spots to ride including Castle, Back 40, and Little Sugar with more trails opening daily at a "Ride at Your Own Risk" status. Time to book those end of summer and fall trips!

We took a break to live "normal" life yesterday and visited Crystal Bridges' Exquisite Creatures Exhibit. To say it was breathtaking is an understatement. If you haven't been yet, carve out some time. You won't be disappointed.

Is this the PERFECT picture? No, but it is the PERFECT place to sit. The birds in the trees, the soft hum of something else (I really should look that sound up), the trees full of so many different green hues, and my book. Even better, the kids are inside enjoying themselves, yet I feel miles away. THIS is what a staycation looks like for me. Thankful for The Bentonville Underground on a night like tonight...equal parts entertaining, peaceful, relaxing, and fun.

Hi! I'm Maria. Just sitting here at The Bentonville Underground and taking in the details. I mean, it's ALL in the details, right? Take this bike, for instance. This bike is one of the original styles of mountain bikes from the early 1940s. Fat tires and no shocks must have made for quite the ride!

I just love how The Bentonville Underground allows you to step underground yet opens up a world of Bentonville's yesteryear where bikes, art, and prohibition meet.🚲🎨🍸
