Thank you both so much for your hospitality. The house was awesome. The kitchen had everything in there that you needed to cook your meals. The beds were very comfortable. It was very refreshing to have a bathroom of that size, the water pressure & shower head was great. The two pools were nice as well as a very clean community. We would recommend this home to anyone that wanted a nice clean home to rent. Thank you again Tonya & Frederick.

We had a great stay at Tonya and Frederick’s modest home. We loved how close it was to the pier. It was great to be able to utilize the community amenities i.e.: pool, paddle boats, and basketball courts. The home was exceptionally cleaned, and kitchen was fully stocked upon arrival.

We had such a fun time at the home. The owners were so friendly and helpful. They answered any questions we needed, and we even got to meet them. The house was perfect! They really thought of everything! It was so cozy, and my family loved it. Our 5-year-old even loved it and the games they had in the house. The location was great as well! Thanks for the fantastic stay!

Fredrick & Tonya were excellent hosts! Their place was the perfect size for our family of 5 (my fiancé and I, and our three children). Anything we needed or asked for they responded immediately. The community they live in is wonderful and has much to offer (pool, pier, pond, arcade etc.) We hope to come back next summer, our vacation was nothing short of perfection! Amazing Assateague Getaway!

The Bay Ridge House on Assateague Pointe truly felt like home! We had been planning this vacation for over six months. Our goals for this simple family vacation were all realized. Every amenity that we needed (and those we never thought we would need but did) are available here! Tonya and Frederick are wonderful hosts, so gracious and helpful. They ensured that everything was just right for our stay. There are comfortable recliners and a sofa for relaxing, a large TV with HDMI connection and many Internets subscription services available, spacious counter tops that we used for several meals that we prepared, as well as nice sized bedrooms and a larger bathroom. Anyone looking to visit Ocean City, see the Wild Horses on Assateague Island or check out the quaint shops and establishments in Berlin - this is the place to be! Centrally located, private, secure, and quiet. We cannot say enough about the Bay Ridge House! We cannot wait to come back in the future!

The Host was wonderful to work with and went out of their way to welcome us. The house was completely stocked with snacks and personal items just in case you forget something. It is a very quiet neighborhood and great for riding bikes, paddle boating and two pools. It is close to OC and good restaurants. I cannot say enough about this property and neighborhood as this will be my first place to see for availability on my next trip.

We loved everything about The Bay Ridge House! It was so cozy, clean, and just perfect for our little family trip. The neighborhood is so welcoming, and everyone is friendly. The pier on the water was our absolute favorite place to walk each night. It is a stunning view. Tonya was amazing the whole time. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! We will be back for sure! 😍

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely little house in a nice quiet community. The kitchen is fully furnished to be able to cook anything at home and there are many thoughtful little touches all throughout the house. The beds slept well for us and there were games and puzzles our children enjoyed. We also enjoyed walking the quiet streets, playing in the playgrounds, walking out on the fishing pier and even some rides on the paddle boats on the pond. But best of all is ocean! just a few miles away on Assateague Island. We really enjoyed playing in the sand and watching the waves and even watched the sun rise over the water. If you wish to stay minutes close to ocean city or Assateague Island this lovely house is a wonderful place to stay!

My husband and his friends stayed at Tonya and Frederick’s house for a fishing trip. It was perfect in every way. If I could give more than five stars for communication, I would. I highly recommend this house to anyone for a calm and relaxing stay.

Entrance into Assateague Pointe was easy, and the office staff was friendly. Communication with the property manager was exceptionally good. The property was as described and was neat and tidy. Our main purpose for the visit was fishing and this home not only had a bay view (one row of homes in front) but a pier for fishing. The home is located near the pier. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to doing this again.

Frederick and Tonya's property is in a terrific location, right in between OC and Assateague Island. Their property is super clean and very cozy, with very beach-themed decor. The owners attended to many details, and we appreciate their thoughtfulness. We also appreciate their clear communication and checking-in to make sure we have a comfortable stay.

“The perfect spot!”

First, the house is more spacious than I thought. We had plenty of room to eat and hang out with the kids. The house is within walking distance of the one pool (there are two!) and just a few steps from the dock right on the bay. The kids loved paddle boating on the lake and playing in the park every night. Berlin has really built up the area in the last few years, so we were able to do so much just around the area. We spent the day at Frontier Town, which was only a five-minute drive. We built our own cookie at BYOC, hit up the new brewery and were able to grocery shop without driving too far. When we return next year, we will rent from Tonya again!

We loved it! I cannot say much more. The location was perfect, the price was too, And the atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful. Our hosts were there every time we needed anything and even found my sons wallet for us. I could not ask for a better experience!!!! You would be crazy not to stay here!!!

This was a very clean and well-kept property. There were more amenities than we expected. Great neighborhood, very friendly neighbors. Homeowners lives nearby and were very helpful to us when we checked in. Would recommend to others and hope to rent it again in the future.
