Ramon graduated from Johnson and Wales in 2009 with his Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management. After gaining extensive knowledge and experience in various positions around the kitchen, he then went on to assist in managing and running kitchens in the Providence area. Jamie graduated from Johnson and Wales in 2008 with her Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry. She gained

experience and mastered her craft working for a Catering company and working in Bakeries in the Rhode Island area. Our dream was to combine both of our styles and specialties to create our own restaurant that serves fresh quality food at a reasonable price. Our mission is to give that home-style feel, provide exceptional service, and a comfortable atmosphere for our guests. In return we just ask for your patience while we prepare your meal. We are not a fast food restaurant and only serve quality food cooked to order. Order times will vary depending on the meat and requested burger temperature.
