We bought this farmhouse in October 2018. It had been abandoned for over 10 years. The 1.5 acres was so overgrown we didn’t know there was another house on the property, along with a greenhouse or two sheds. We had to literally clear the land.
We gutted her, replaced electric and plumbing, built new walls, fixed floors that were caving in and began to reimagine her as a vacation rental. Her first view to the public was when we hosted our son and daughter in law’s wedding just 7 months later.

Berlin Boho Bungalow: Honeysuckle Haven is the upstairs unit of the Bungalow. It sleeps 12 people and has large windows with great natural light. The property is on 1 1/2 acres and boasts a giant firepit. It's a favorite spot for our family. The house is walking distance to Burley Oak Brewing Company and Historic Berlin, MD.
